Care plan terms
The plain-English version of what your monthly care plan covers, and how it works.
What you're paying for
Your care plan keeps your website online, fast and up to date once it's live. Every plan covers hosting, an SSL certificate, daily backups, security updates and uptime monitoring. The Standard and Growth plans also include content edits and reporting, listed on your plan.
What it doesn't cover
New pages, redesigns and larger features sit outside the plan. We quote those separately and get your go-ahead before starting, so nothing lands on your bill by surprise.
Your edits
The Standard plan includes up to one hour of content changes a month, and Growth includes up to three. That covers things like swapping text, images, prices or opening hours. Unused time doesn't roll into the next month. Anything bigger, we quote first.
Owning your site
You own your website outright once the build is paid for, along with your domain name. The care plan is a service, not a licence to your own site. Owning it and hosting it are two separate things.
Payments
The plan is billed monthly and starts the day your site goes live. Prices hold for twelve months, after which we may adjust them with thirty days' notice.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time with thirty days' notice. When you do, you keep your site and your domain, and we hand over your code so you can move it to your own hosting. We give you a two-week window of help with the move. Our hosting stops at the end of the notice period, so the site comes offline on our end until you've moved it across.
